  1. Find the case number

    Look the project up in the Cambridge 360 tracker. The case number is on the project page, beginning with PB-.

  2. Read the current filing

    The application PDF lists what is actually being requested — height, setbacks, parking relief.

  3. Write your comment

    Comments that name a specific section of the zoning ordinance carry more weight than general support or opposition.

  4. File it with the Planning Board

    Email or deliver your comment before the hearing date on the agenda.
